Hello! I’m Vijitha, a certified yoga teacher with over four years of experience in guiding individuals toward physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My yoga journey began in 2020, and since then, I’ve been passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of yoga.
My expertise spans a variety of practices, including Ashtanga, Surya Namaskara, Chandra Namaskara, Mudras, Kriyas, Meditation, Pranayama, and Bandhas. I integrate these elements into my teaching to create holistic sessions that focus on alignment, breath, and mindfulness.
