Regular Yoga classes cost ₹999 per month for 5 days a week of live sessions.

Absolutely. In live sessions, instructors provide real-time guidance and suggest posture corrections to keep your practice safe.

We offer a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, gentle flow, pranayama (breathing), and relaxation practices tailored to your needs.

After registration, you’ll receive a link (Zoom/Google Meet/etc.) along with login instructions for your selected batch.
