Namaste, I’m Nidhi.
Eight years ago, I earned my diploma in yoga from Maharshi Dayanand University, Dehradun. For a long time, it was just a certificate to me. While yoga was a part of my personal life, I never imagined making it my profession.
The COVID-19 pandemic changed everything. Witnessing the stress and anxiety around me, I felt a deep urge to help. With the support of an NGO, I began conducting online yoga sessions. It was a humble beginning but gave me a sense of fulfillment I hadn’t experienced before. Soon after, I received an opportunity to join Shyambhai Online Yoga Classes. This was the turning point that transformed my passion into a thriving career.
For me, yoga is more than a skill—it’s a way of life. Teaching yoga fills me with joy, and knowing I’ve made a positive impact on someone’s well-being brings me immense peace. Every smile, every word of gratitude from my students motivates me to keep going.
I specialize in prenatal, postnatal, and senior citizen yoga, areas that have become close to my heart. Over the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge through further training in prenatal, postnatal, and fertility yoga. Supporting people through life’s transitions and seeing their stress turn into serenity is what keeps me inspired every day.
I remain deeply thankful to Shyambhai Online Yoga Classes for being such a pivotal part of my journey and helping me turn my purpose into a meaningful reality.
