I am Nidhi. Eight years ago, I earned my diploma in yoga from Maharshi Dayanand University, Dehradun. For a long time, it was just a certificate to me. While yoga was a part of my personal life, I never imagined making it my profession.

The COVID-19 pandemic changed everything. Witnessing the stress and anxiety around me, I felt a deep urge to help. With the support of an NGO, I began conducting online yoga sessions. It was a humble beginning but gave me a sense of fulfillment I hadn’t experienced before. Soon after, I received an opportunity to join Shyambhai Online Yoga Classes. This was the turning point that transformed my passion into a thriving career.

Over the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge through further training in prenatal, postnatal, and fertility yoga.
