I’m Shefali, a dedicated yoga instructor from Ujjain, the revered city of Mahakal. My yoga journey started in my teenage years, when I discovered its profound ability to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Since then, yoga has become my life’s calling, and I’m grateful to share its transformative power with others through both online and in-person classes.

My expertise lies in meditation and spiritual yoga, where I emphasize not just physical postures but also cultivating a deeper connection with oneself and the divine. I integrate pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra chanting, and mindfulness practices into my sessions, offering a holistic approach that nurtures both inner calm and physical vitality. With over six years of teaching experience, I’ve guided students from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve balance, strength, and clarity.

I hold a Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Rhythmic Power Yoga in Indore, where I gained deeper insights into both traditional yoga philosophy and its modern-day applications. Currently, I collaborate with Shyam Bhai Studio, introducing the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to corporate environments and beyond.
