  • Loosening Practice: Neck Movements (Griva Shakti Vikasaka I, II)

  • Schools of Yoga – Major Traditions

  • Cleansing: Neti

  • Loosening Practice: Neck Movements (III, IV)

Day 3

  • Fundamentals of Yoga – Philosophy & Yogic Lifestyle

  • Cleansing: Trataka

  • Loosening Practice: Shoulder Movements

  • Yoga for Health & Wellness in Modern Life

  • Cleansing: Kapalabhati

  • Loosening Practice: Arm Movements (Bhuja Valli, Purna Bhuja Shakti Vikasaka)

  • Standing Asanas: Tadasana, Vrikshasana
