400 Hours Online Yoga Teacher Training Details

Eligibility & Entry Requirements

To enroll in Level 2 (400 Hours Online Yoga Teacher Training), you must have completed 12th grade and hold a Level 1 (200 Hours Yoga Protocol Instructor (YCB), Foundation Course in Yoga (IYA)) Certification.

Course Structure

  • Duration: 5 to 6 Months
  • Total Hours: 400 hours of comprehensive instruction
  • Certification: Yoga Wellness Instructor(YCB) and Certificate Course in Yoga (IYA)

🎓 Theory Sessions

•⁠ ⁠1-on-1, flexible scheduling as per your availability
•⁠ ⁠Student can suggest 2 – 3 timings and based on teacher’s availability, we will fix one timing
•⁠ ⁠It could be Monday to Friday for 3hr or 4hrs, so in 3 months.
•⁠ ⁠In case the student is unavailable Monday to Friday on any day, then it can be scheduled on weekends for 4 – 5 hrs to cover the portion
•⁠ ⁠Teacher and students will complete the theory portion within 3 months as full time and 6 months as part time.
•⁠ ⁠In case it’s delayed because of student’s absenteeism, then Rs. 5000/- per month additional amount will be charged 

🧘‍♀ Practical Sessions (Live)

•⁠ ⁠👥 Small group sessions (max 8 students per batch) for personalized guidance
•⁠ ⁠🕒 Practical Timings (Choose any):
– Monday to Friday or watch recordings on weekend
– 4am – 11pm
•⁠ ⁠Attendance monitoring will be done to check if student has completed the practical training

🧘‍♀ Access to Recorded Sessions

•⁠ ⁠50 hrs of Pre-recorded sessions to watch and observe the tutor at your convenient time
•⁠ ⁠Student needs to watch video and then select “Mark as complete” after each video

📜 Certified Yoga TTC – Valid for Teaching Online & Offline

  • Fee: ₹44,999 for 400 hours of Teacher Training Course (TTC). (Can be paid in 2 installments)
