I’m Nidhi, a passionate yoga instructor with a diploma in yoga from Maharshi Dayanand University, Dehradun, which I earned eight years ago. Initially, yoga was just a personal practice for me. Although I practiced regularly, I didn’t consider it a profession until I received an opportunity to join Shyambhai Online Yoga Classes. This was a pivotal moment in my career, marking the beginning of a new, fulfilling chapter.

I specialize in yoga for prenatal, postnatal, and senior citizens, and I have also trained extensively in fertility yoga. Witnessing the transformation in my students, from stress to smiles, fuels my passion every day. Over the years, I’ve continued to enhance my skills in these areas, always striving to be a better guide for those who need it.

The COVID-19 pandemic was a turning point, as I observed the growing stress and anxiety people were facing. Motivated to help, I began offering online sessions in collaboration with an NGO. What started as a humble initiative quickly became a meaningful way for me to reach more people and provide them with the peace that yoga brings.

For me, yoga is not just a job—it’s a lifestyle. Teaching yoga brings me immense happiness, and the gratitude I receive from my students fills me with a sense of peace. Knowing that I’ve made a positive impact on someone’s life gives me a deep sense of fulfillment.
